Will Shibarium launch this month or next? The answer is no.

So where did the rumors brew from? The answer seems to be likely from a miscommunication from one person to the other.

Just a few days ago, Shytoshi tweeted about “the future of SHIB” and predicted the future is “bright”. He added “Lots in deck in the upcoming weeks to be excited about,” suggesting all future releases.

In the same tweet, a user commented asking Shytoshi about Shibarium’s release date. “Sir when Shibarium documentation will be revealed?” asked the user.

Shytoshi replied, “I’m hoping this month or next.”

So as per the question and his reply, Shibarium could be released sometime “this month or next”.

However, the point to be noted is that the user asked, “Sir when Shibarium documentation” and not Shibarium layer-2 solution. The word “documentation” was missed out in the melee giving a perception that Shibarium will release soon.

‘Shibarium documentation’ could be released either in May or June 2022 and not Shibarium layer-2 solution. Even last week, Shytoshi mentioned in a tweet, “ACTUALLY pretty soon. Look for documentation very soon,” when a user asked “Wen Shibarium sir?”

In conclusion, Shibarium documentation could be out soon and not Shibarium itself.

ACTUALLY pretty soon. Look for documentation very soon
