The new journal
This edition contains 8 new long-form guides, each with 1000–2300 words of main text. They explain systems and research methods rather than presenting live prices, trading signals or product rankings. The guides are published on 16 October 2026 and carry their actual publication dates.
The recovered archive
The Wayback domain inventory contained 3570 HTML records. A technical, infrastructure, custody and regulatory title selection produced 417 candidates, including the two earliest surviving 2023 article captures. Every selected candidate was retrieved and its article region examined: 282 regions were empty or near-empty, 16 nonempty records were excluded as promotions, gambling content, market-only commentary, repetitive transfer alerts or unrelated topics, and two exact repeated bodies were deduplicated. The resulting collection contains 117 source records and 57491 preserved source words. Fifteen records are short syndicated briefs; longer regions may also be excerpts rather than complete external publisher articles. This is a curated technical collection, not a claim that all 3570 addresses were recovered as articles. Navigation, sidebar tweets, related-post lists, share controls and media are not restored. The local recovery audit retains every selection and exclusion reason.

Preservation and uncertainty
Historical source transcript, not current reporting, legal guidance, a verified incident finding or a product recommendation. Dates printed by the source are shown as printed metadata; capture dates describe the saved version. Old forecasts, commercial claims, quotations and technical assertions are retained as source statements, not adopted as present findings. Advertising, forms, referrals and transactions are not activated. A captured article region may be a syndicated excerpt rather than the complete original publisher article.
Source transcripts are excluded from search indexing and linked from the archive. Original publication dates are not guessed from capture dates. The archive is a record of source statements, not confirmation that every incident, statistic, quotation or product claim is true. Article body text is preserved without reactivating historical advertisements, trackers or forms. Original media has not been restored in this text edition.
